Steel space grid gas station project construction

Este proxecto é un espazo cadrado / altura 16 metros / lonxitude total 30 metros / luz total 18 metros

1. A instalación do cadro espacial de aceiro debe realizarse despois da aceptación do eixe inferior da estrutura e do taboleiro incrustado.Os requisitos para o apoio inferior son: a diferenza de altura entre apoios adxacentes (distancia L2): o valor menor de L2/800 e 10 mm, á mesma cota Diferenza de altura entre o apoio máis alto e o máis baixo: 20 mm;

2. Determinar o proceso de instalación do cadro espacial de aceiro segundo a forza e as características estruturais da reixa e as condicións reais de construción no lugar;

3. Despois de instalar o cadro espacial de aceiro, debe comprobarse:

a.O valor permitido da desviación da lonxitude dos lados vertical e horizontal é 1/2000 da lonxitude e non debe ser superior a 30 mm;

b.O valor permitido da compensación do centro debe ser 1/3000 do tramo do cadro espacial de aceiro e non debe ser superior a 30 mm;

c.Para o marco de malla soportado pola periferia, a desviación de altura permitida é de 1/400 do soporte adxacente e non debe ser superior a 15 mm, e o máximo e o mínimo non deben ser superiores a 30 mm;para o marco de malla soportado por varios puntos, a desviación de altura permitida é de 1/800 do soporte adxacente e non debe ser superior a 30 mm;

d.Detectar a deflexión da reixa segundo as especificacións e requisitos de deseño.Despois da construción, a deflexión do cadro espacial de aceiro non será superior ao 115% do valor de cálculo do deseño.(Valor de deflexión máximo do cadro de cuadrícula L/250)

4. Se hai bolas de soldadura localmente, a soldadura por ranuras utilízase para soldar a bola de soldadura e a varilla, e o grao de soldadura non debe ser inferior ao segundo grao.

5. Despois de completar a instalación do cadro espacial de aceiro, a superficie das xuntas e varillas do cadro espacial debe estar limpa e libre de cicatrices e sucidade.As xuntas e o exceso de orificios das xuntas esféricas dos parafusos deben encherse e selar con graxa.

6. Durante o uso da rede, débese realizar un mantemento integral anticorrosión cada 4 ou 5 anos.

If there are welding balls locally, groove welding is used for welding the welding ball and the rod, and the welding seam grade should not be lower than the second grade. 5. After the installation of the grid frame is completed, the surface of the joints and rods should be clean and free of scars and dirt. The joints and excess holes of the bolt ball joints should be filled and sealed with grease. 6. During the use of the grid, comprehensive anti-corrosion maintenance should be carried out every 4 to 5 years.
